A. If your vehicle has Passlock with TDM embedded in the BCM (or EVO or IPC) module, them the BCM/EVO/IPC performs many functions besides security, and cannot be bypassed in full and removed.
In such cases our system bypasses everything that can be safely bypassed of the embedded TDM security functions by addressing the most common failure of the TDM module.
In order to do so, the PRO Bypass Module provides to the BCM/EVO/IPC a dynamic active signal that continuously follows the variation of the faulty comparator inside the BCM. This works perfectly unless there is a general fault in the BCM/EVO/IPC module. In this case, the BCM/EVO/IPC needs to be replaced.
Q. Isn’t the PRO Bypass Module supposed to bypass the BCM?
