Q. My vehicle has the PassKey VATs system and I installed the PRO Bypass Module, but it still won’t start. Can I test the PRO signal?

A.  On a PassKey system with the PRO connected and the ignition in the “ON” position, the green wire connection from the PRO module should have nearly 2.5 Volts DC.
