The security system is managed by the EVO/Passlock module located on the right side of the Instrument Cluster, behind the air-duct.
- Remove the caps that cover the extension screws.
- Remove the screws from the extension.
- Remove the nuts at the bottom of the extension.
- Pull toward the rear of the vehicle in order to remove the extension from the instrument panel.
- Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the EVO/Passlock module (2)
If the enclosure of your NEWROCKIES PRO Module is green and blue, please setup the switches as following (if enclosure is black, please submit a request to our support team for correct switch configurations):
Open the NEWROCKIES PRO Module's cover (this will NOT void the warranty) by removing the 2 screws on the bottom. Inside there are 2 sets of switches.
Set SW1 (8 switches) as following:

To install the NEWROCKIES PRO Module, connect it as following:

Cut the yellow wire going into the EVO Module, Pin B7 and attach the YEL wire of the PRO Bypass to it going into the EVO Module. Tape the other side out of the way. |

Splice this into the Orange/Black wire that goes into the EVO Module, Pin B5 |
Relearning Procedure
After plugging the EVO Module back in, perform the following relearn procedure:
- Turn the key on, with the engine OFF.
- Try to start the engine, then release the key to ON, Engine will not start.
- Watch the security telltale, after about 10 mins, it will turn OFF.
- Turn OFF the ignition, and wait 5 seconds.
Repeat steps 1 through 4 two more times for a total of 3 cycles/30 minutes. You must turn the ignition OFF before attempting to start the vehicle.
Start the engine .

The installation is completed.
