How to reach the TDM and install the PRO Full Bypass

The TDM is around the ignition cylinder so we will have to splice in at the base of the steering column, connector C201. - The Connector C201 is under the steering column, #4 below.

If the enclosure of your NEWROCKIES PRO Module is green and blue, please setup the switches as following (if enclosure is black, please submit a request to our support team for correct switch configurations): 

 

Open the NEWROCKIES PRO Module's cover (this will NOT void the warranty) by removing the 2 screws on the bottom. Inside there are 2 sets of switches.

 

Set SW1 (8 switches) as following:

DIP SWITCHES (SW1)
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
off off on off on off on off

 

Leave SW2 (10 switches) the way it is. Close the PRO Module's cover.

 

To install the NEWROCKIES PRO Module, connect it as following:

 

PRO Bypass           

Car Wires

RED

Splice into the Connector C201 Pin A16, Pink wire

BLK

Splice into the Connector C201 Pin A9  Black wire

PPL

Not used

GRN

Cut the wire in connector C201 pin A17 (DK BLUE) and attach to the dark blue towards the vehicle not the ignition cylinder.

YEL

Not Used

WHT

Not Used

BRN

Not Used

 

IMPORTANT: If the security light remains illuminated but the car starts, cut the gray wire in Connector C201,  A10 and tape the wires out of the way.

The installation is completed.
